Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders made according to the customer's individual request.

All other jewelry items, including earrings, can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that they are unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide return instructions.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
